ITS Australia Summit 2025 (ITSSummit25) will be held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) from 19 to 21 November 2025.

This face-to-face format will explore the next generation of ITS – showcasing the technology solutions, debating the critical policy issues, and uniting our transport technology sector to build safer and more sustainable communities.

  • Please refer to the full terms and conditions.
  • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later.
  • Full payment of registration should be received prior to the summit. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
  • We accept the following payment methods: major credit cards and EFT/bank transfer.
  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
  • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment.   • Registrations made from the 29th of October 2025 onwards will need to be paid in full at the time of registering. Payment via invoice will not be available for registrations made from the 29th of October onwards.
