RTT 2026 Registration Portal

  • Please refer to the full terms and conditions. 
  • You must complete all steps for your registration to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete registration and come back to it later.
  • Full payment of registration should be received prior to the event. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
  • We accept the following payment methods: major credit cards and EFT/bank transfer.
  • Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
  • If you are registering someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
  • By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to follow all local laws, regulations, and venues entry requirements applicable at the destination. Non-compliance may result in restricted access to the event or related venues
  • An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder, and if it has not been received, please contact the Intelligent Transport Systems Australia (ITS Australia) team.
  • Registrations made from the 25th February 2026 onwards will need to be paid in full at the time of registering. Payment via invoice will not be available for registrations made from the 25th February 2026 onwards.
