Full Delegate

Price:

Description:
The Full Delegate registration provides access to all features and inclusions of the ITS Australia Summit 2025. A new inclusion of this registration for 2025 is access to the Summit Social Night (a previously separately ticketed event). Don’t miss this opportunity to gain full access to the ITS event of the year, featuring a multi-stream conference program, and exhibition packed with leading ITS organisations and stakeholders, academic leaders, government departments, and international chapters.

Description:

The Speaker/Moderator registration is exclusively available to those who have already received confirmation of their inclusion in the ITS Australia Summit 2025 conference program, from the ITS Australia team directly. This registration type has the same inclusions as the Full Delegate registration, however, is available to confirmed speakers/moderators at a discounted rate.


Confirmed Student Speaker/Moderator*

Price:

  • Standard (available until 17th October 2025): Member $1,150
  • Late (available until 18th November 2025): Member $1,295

Description:

*This registration has the same inclusions as the Speaker/Moderator registration, however, is exclusively available to students of ITS Australia member universities, who have already received confirmation of their inclusion in the ITS Australia Summit 2025 conference program, from the ITS Australia team directly. Students must use their ITS Australia member university email address to register.


Additional Welcome Reception Ticket

Price: Member $157 | Non-Member $173 (price does not change for early, standard, or late registration)

Inclusions:

  • Access to the Social Program: Welcome Reception
  • Canapes, drinks and refreshments.

Description:

This ticket is only required if you do not have a Delegate or Confirmed Speaker/Moderator registration (as these registrations already include access to the Welcome Reception). The Additional Welcome Reception Ticket allows access to the ITS Australia Summit 2025 Welcome Reception only.


Exhibitor Pass

Exhibitors can register for the Exhibitor Pass via the exhibitor's manual.

Price: Included as part of confirmed exhibitor package (up to 2 registrations per 9m2 space purchased) 

Inclusions:

  • Access to Exhibition Hall throughout the conference
  • Daily morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and refreshments as per program
  • Social Program: Welcome Reception

Description:

The Exhibitor Pass is for confirmed exhibitors to allow team members access to the ITS Australia Summit 2025 exhibition hall, to attend to their organisation's confirmed exhibition stand.


Additional Exhibitor Pass

Exhibitors can register for the Additional Exhibitor Pass via the exhibitor's manual.

Price: 

  • Early Bird (available until 15th August 2025): Member $520 | Non-Member $572
  • Standard (available until 17th October 2025): Member $583 |  Non-Member $635
  • Late (available until 18th November 2025): Member $674 |  Non-Member $726

Inclusions:

  • Access to Exhibition Hall throughout the conference

Description: The Additional Exhibitor pass is for confirmed exhibitors to allow additional team members access to the ITS Australia Summit 2025 exhibition hall, to attend to their organisation’s exhibition stand (beyond the 2 X exhibitor passes per 9m2 included in their exhibition space booking)


Cancellations, Transfers, and Things to Know


Registration Cancellation Deadline: 19 September 2025

Full refund for change of plans will be available until 19th September 2025, after this date, refunds are no longer available due to venue and event planning commitments, however instead of cancelling, registrations may be transferred to a colleague. 

Transfers

All requests to transfer should be emailed to: admin@its-australia.com.au. All requests must be approved and actioned by ITS Australia prior to the 19th of November 2025. Transfers are not available from the 19th of November 2025 onwards.

Invoice Payments cut-off date

Registrations made from the 29th of October 2025 onwards will need to be paid in full at the time of registering. Payment via invoice will not be available for registrations made from the 29th of October onwards.

Prices

All rates are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
